Sooooooo.... My parents were supposed to go up to Sean's for a Saturday brunch. Tarin has some class today and they were all gonna watch the Man U game. Well, turns out the Man U game is tomorrow.... So I had expected my parents to leave at like 9 this morning and I was gonna do a load of laundry and research the venue we're gonna visit. I woke up at 9 and my mom had a load of laundry in the washer. Whaaaaaat?? Dad was out and asked if I wanted Starbucks, so of course I said yes.

That's when my mom told me the game was tomorrow so they rescheduled brunch. So now I'm sitting here with a ton of dirty laundry and my plans have been fucked up again and it's honestly NOT a big deal, but I am still miffed about it. Christ.

My mom asked me to give her all this information about questions to ask the venue, etc. I told her to relax. I know what I want to ask about pricing and availability and all that crap. I know to ask about gratuity and other fees. But she HAS TO KNOW EVERYTHING RIGHT NOW OMG OMG OMG OMG. Take a fuckin xanax, woman. I know she wants to be prepared but it's not HER wedding and SHE ALONE is not paying for it, so RELAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXX. Something tells me they're not gonna have a date available anyway, so it's probably gonna be a bust. We'll see, though.

I got a month free of Amazon Prime for registering my Kindle Fire, so I downloaded the first book of the "Hunger Games" series. I never thought I'd read that, honestly. I don't even really want to. But I guess I'm curious about the hype. The "Twilight" series, however? Couldn't care less about it. No desire to read that at all.

So I'm gonna bust out this survey right here and then research the venue and print out info for my mom so she doesn't have a coronary. I'm in charge this weekend, let's hope it all goes smoothly.

8. If so, have they changed your life?: Xanax has changed my life, yes. In a good, non-addictive way.
